Your privacy is of the utmost importance for Lumito, and you should be able to feel safe when you entrust us with your personal information. Therefore, we have established this policy which is based on current data protection legislation and clarifies how we work to safeguard your rights and your privacy.

What personal data do we process?

We process your personal data to be able to fulfill and administer our legal obligations and requirements from authorities, as well as follow and fulfill agreements that have been entered into, as well as to balance interests. We only process personal information when we have legal basis. We do not process more personal data than necessary for the purpose, and we always strive to use the least privacy-sensitive data.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We aim to only share your personal data with personal data assistants to us. To fulfill the balance of interests and legal obligations, we may share your personal data with a hired law firm, accounting firm, financial institution, authorities, and our IT-department.

How is your personal data protected and stored?

We have routines and working methods to ensure that your personal data will be handled in a secure manner. Only persons who need personal data to perform their tasks and Lumito’s commitments shall have access to personal data. Our security systems are developed with your privacy in mind and protect to a very high degree against intrusion, destruction and other incidents that may pose a risk to your privacy. We have our own IT technicians regarding IT security to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.

We store your personal data for as long as it is needed for the intended purpose and where we have support of law.

Your Rights

Request for correction or deletion

Right to correction/deletion. You have the right to request that your personal data will be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to request that the processing of your personal data will be restricted or to object to such processing that complies with data protection regulation and national privacy legislation. Following a request, we will examine whether there are grounds for change.

Right to register extraction. You have the right to request extracts from Lumito and our registers/systems in which your personal data is processed and in such extracts be informed about which of your personal data Lumito is processing and the manner in which it is processed. If you have questions regarding the processing of personal data or if you feel that these are incorrect, want to request correction, deletion, restriction, or object to the processing, please contact us.

Please keep in mind that we have the right to deny your request if there are legal obligations that prevent us from complying with your request.

Lumito is responsible for your personal data, which means that we are responsible for how your personal data is processed and that your rights are safeguarded. Lumito has personal data assistant agreements with suppliers and partners, thereby ensuring that personal data is processed in accordance with this policy.
