Mission

To offer researchers tools for the discovery of new, specific protein biomarkers, promote preclinical and clinical research and thus contribute to more precise diagnoses and improved treatment options that minimize the risk of human error.

Growth Plan and Business Models

We are building a go-to-market model based on two types of customers:

  • End customers who do not have a SCIZYS scanner but uses Lumito’s scan-as-a-service
  • Partners/end customers who use their own SCIZYS scanner, either for their own use or as a tool to offer a service to their end customers

Our growth plan has three focus areas:

  1. Establish a network of CRO partners who integrate our solution into the offering to their end customers in drug development, giving them a stronger competitiveness. This gives us a cost-effective and scalable sales channel. Our CRO partners will act as our distributors by presenting our solution to their end customers.
  2. Build long-term collaborative relationships with major pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies that use our solution for the development of new drugs or diagnostic tests.
  3. Offer scan-as-a-service to customers with specific research projects or as part of the sales process. This area is smaller in size compared to other focus areas, but it is nevertheless very attractive because the research results are published and can be used in our communication, which is often not the case with CROs and pharmaceutical companies.

Scalable Business Model – Buy or Rent a Lumito Scanner

Our scalable business model allows customers to choose the option that best suits their needs. We offer two models: Purchase a scanner as a capital product and decide on the number of consumables that you will need or rent a scanner with a flexible agreement that includes a predetermined volume of consumables. With us, you’ll get an accessible and adaptable solution.

Regardless of whether you need a short- or long-term solution, we can offer a flexible and cost-effective option that suits your specific needs.
